How long does shipping take?
Within Germany the delivery time is 2–4 business days. For orders within the EU please allow 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with tracking.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (pay by invoice & installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, BLIK and bank transfer. All payments are processed with SSL encryption. You'll find the details on our Payment page.

Can I change my order after placing it?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can make changes. Reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact form with your order number and the changes you'd like.
Returns & Refunds

How do I make a return?
Register your return through our Return Portal:
- Sign in: Enter your order number and email address.
- Selection: Choose the items you'd like to send back.
- Shipping: Purchase a low-cost DHL return label directly in the portal, or arrange the shipping yourself.

How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to send back unused items in their original packaging. Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

When will I get my refund?
The refund is initiated as soon as we've received and processed your return. Processing can take up to 21 days. After that, depending on your bank and payment method, it can take another 3 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Why is my order not eligible for a return?
If your order isn't eligible in the Return Portal, it's most likely because the 14-day return window has expired. In that case, unfortunately, we can no longer accept a return.

How do I care for my BEAHATER Pieces properly?
The right care preserves quality and longevity. Always check the label and follow these tips:
- Wash and iron inside out, protects colors and prints
- Gentle cycle at 30 °C with a low spin speed
- Mild detergent, no fabric softener
- Air dry, not in the dryer
- Hang damp clothing smooth, avoids creases
- Wash with similar colors, prevents discoloration
- Fold knitwear instead of hanging, avoids stretching
