Returns & Refunds at BEAHATER Clothing

Want to return an item to BEAHATER Clothing? No problem! Here you’ll find all the information and steps for a smooth return process.

Returns

For orders:

1. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
2. Returns Portal: Use our Returns Portal to create a return label. The cost for the return label is €6.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: If you prefer not to use the returns portal, you can find the return address at the bottom of this page.

Processing & Refund

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the total order value falls below €99 after a return, the original shipping costs of €5.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Items, Wrong Deliveries & Exchanges

Received a defective or incorrect item? Want to exchange an item for a different color or size? Please contact our customer support at: info@beahater.de

We will send you a free return label and take care of your request as soon as possible. You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason. Send your withdrawal statement to the address below:
