Would you like to return an item to BEAHATER Clothing? No problem! Here you'll find all the information and steps for a smooth return.

Returns

For orders:

1. Packaging: Pack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging.
2. Returns portal: Use our returns portal to create a return label. The cost of the return label is €6.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: If you do not wish to use the returns portal, you will find the return address at the bottom of this page.

Return processing & refund

After receiving your return, we will process it within 14 days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

If the purchase value falls below €99 after a return, the original shipping costs of €5.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective items, incorrect deliveries & exchanges

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Would you like to exchange an item for a different color or size? Please contact our customer support at: info@beahater.de

We'll send you a free return label immediately and address your request as quickly as possible. You'll usually receive a response within 24 hours.

Right of withdrawal
